Medica Group, which is based in Hastings, U.K., currently provides teleradiology services in the U.K. and Ireland, while Integral Diagnostics of Melbourne is a medical imaging provider in Australia and New Zealand. The new MedX venture will operate across the four markets, with out-of-hours reporting services, the companies said in a statement.

MedX may also expand into new global markets in the future.
