43-year-old pregnant woman with abnormal placentation
A 43-year-old pregnant woman at 30 weeks gestation. The patient previously underwent cesarean section and had known placenta previa. Ultrasound examination showed inconclusive and ambiguous findings suspicious of placenta accreta. Consequently, the patient underwent MR imaging to confirm and define better the areas of abnormal placentation.
