Roentgen Museum opens interactive cardiac exhibit

The German Roentgen Museum in Remscheid, Germany, has opened an interactive exhibition on the heart that continues until 1 March, 2015.

"Look into the Heart" ponders such topics as how medical imaging can visualize the heart and how imaging technologies can prevent a heart attack, according to an announcement by the German Radiological Society (DRG).

The molecular cardiovascular imaging exhibition from the University of Muenster reportedly consists of eight exhibits with interactive elements and eye-opening scientific images. Together they provide compelling insight into research from the basic biology of heart disease to optimization of heart imaging techniques. There are also lectures and tours with scientists from the University of Muenster and a children's lecture in Remscheid. More information is available here.
