U.K. cancer center installs 11 breast boards

Mount Vernon Cancer Centre in Northwood, U.K., has installed 11 Oncology Systems Limited radiotherapy breast boards to improve patient comfort and treatment.

Oncology Systems Limited's MacroMedics BreastBoard LX units are easily adjustable and allow for reproducible patient setup for CT and linear accelerator procedures, the center said.
