Fuji converts U.K. breast unit to digital technology

May 15, 2012 -- Fujifilm Medical Systems has converted Barnsley Hospital's Breast Screening Unit from analog to digital imaging technology.

The company has also refurbished all clinical areas of the U.K. hospital, including new and legacy systems and an ultrasound room with two new Fujifilm Amulet digital mammography systems.
