CompuGroup Medical merges subsidiaries in Middle East

July 18, 2012 -- Healthcare IT firm CompuGroup Medical of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, announced that it has completed the merger of two of its subsidiaries, as part of a company restructuring in the Middle East.
CompuGroup Medical now incorporates its former subsidiaries Tepe International and CGM Turkiye. It now has two divisions providing healthcare information solutions and systems for hospitals, healthcare institutions, and health payors in the Gulf, the Middle East, and Turkey.
