IHE-Europe appoints new vendor co-chair

December 20, 2011 -- Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE)-Europe has announced the appointment of Lapo Bertini as the new vendor co-chair for the Brussels-headquartered organization.
Bertini works for Dedalus, a healthcare software company headquartered in Florence, Italy, and has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare imaging and computer software. He will represent the vendor members of IHE in close cooperation with IHE-Europe's user co-chair Jacqueline Surugue. Bertini succeeds Peter Kuenecke of Siemens Healthcare, whose five-year term has just ended.
