RCR, BIR join forces on artificial intelligence

In a rare collaborative venture, the U.K. Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) and the British Institute of Radiology (BIR) are working together to organize a joint conference focused on artificial intelligence (AI) and its role in radiology. The event is due to take place in London on 23 March.

Dr. Nicola Strickland, RCR president, will be a highlighted speaker, along with Dr. Hugh Harvey of King's College London and Steve Tolle of IBM Watson Healthcare.

The conference will cover topics such as the role of AI in PACS, RIS, and decision support systems, as well as clinical applications for AI, machine learning, and computer-aided diagnosis. Those interested in attending can register here.
