Claron nets CE Mark for NilRead

Advanced visualization firm Claron Technology has received the CE Mark for its NilRead viewer.

NilRead is a universal, Web-based, zero-footprint viewer for the diagnostic interpretation of medical images and related digital information on a variety of computers, the firm said. The technology supports viewing of all cleared DICOM imaging modalities in both 2D and 3D viewing.

The company has also opened its European headquarters in Hasselt, Belgium. The office is headed by Tom Tilmans, Claron's director of sales.
