By AuntMinnieEurope.com staff writers

March 12, 2008 -- The European molecular imaging market continues to expand, despite low reimbursement rates, pricing pressures, and high competition levels, according to market research firm Frost & Sullivan.

The European molecular imaging market produced revenues of $201.1 million in 2007 and could reach $287.5 million in 2014, according to the San Antonio-based firm. Constant innovation and the introduction of new products with hybrid imaging technology will be critical for further market growth, Frost & Sullivan noted.
