Varian will showcase its PaxScan 4336W wireless image detector, a dual-band detector that can transmit image data across a wireless link, even with the panel inside a cassette tray or below the x-ray table, according to the firm.

Varian also plans to highlight PaxScan 4343CB, its radiography and fluoroscopy panel; PaxScan 3024M, a full-field digital mammography detector designed for tomosynthesis; PaxPower M-1500, an x-ray tube developed specifically for advanced mammography applications such as tomosynthesis and CT scanning; and its InfiMed image processing software and workstations, Varian said.
