22-year-old man with blunt trauma to the chest
A 22-year-old man was playing soccer when metal bars (possibly scaffolding at the stadium) fell on him. A brain CT was requested, but upon seeing copious amounts of pink froth in the resuscitator bag, a chest CT was ordered as well. The patient was hemodynamically stable.
