ECR 2016 president secures new appointment

Dr. Katrine Åhlström Riklund has been appointed pro-vice chancellor of Umeå University in Sweden and deputy head of the university.

She plans to continue to develop education and research. Also, questions such as research-related education and collaboration will be addressed.

"I have positive experience of collaboration with the entire northern region thanks to regionalizing the medical program," noted ECR 2016 President Riklund in an interview on the university's website.
