Brachytherapy and hyperthermia therapy developer BSD Medical has added the Erasmus Medical Center Cancer Institute in the Netherlands to its client list.
BSD will be installing its BSD-2000/3D/MR image-guided hyperthermia treatment system at the Rotterdam institute's Daniel den Hoed Cancer Center. The system will be the sixth BSD-2000 system with integrated MR capability purchased by educational institutions in Europe, BSD said.
