GE Healthcare names president for Middle East, Pakistan

GE Healthcare has appointed Maher Abouzeid as the president and CEO for the company in the Middle East and Pakistan.

From offices in Dubai, he will be responsible for promoting growth and expansion of GE Healthcare products. He is expected to focus on strengthening customer relationships and partnerships in the Middle East countries and Pakistan.

Abouzeid joined GE Healthcare in 2007, after having previously worked for 3M's Healthcare business and the DuPuy division of Johnson & Johnson. Since 2011, he has been general manager of services for the Middle East and Pakistan.
