Varian adapts Aria to support NHS

Radiation therapy firm Varian Medical Systems of Palo Alto, CA, has completed two initiatives designed to streamline the input of clinical data in the U.K.'s National Health Service (NHS).

Varian's Aria for MedOncology information system is now compatible with the National Cancer Intelligence Network (NCIN)/National Chemotherapy Advisory Group (NCAG) draft dataset and the Chemotherapy Planning Online Resource Tool (C-PORT).
